Q: How long does the payment process take after receiving the games?
A: Once we receive and inspect your games, we process payment and depending on your bank it should be processed within 1-2 business days.
Q: What condition should my games be in?
A: We accept games in a variety of conditions, but they should be playable and include the original case (or cartridge only is ok too).
The better the condition, the better the price we can offer.
Q: Do you accept all retro game titles?
Short answer is yes however, disc PC titles and the yearly sports titles are something we are not looking for.
Q: How do I ship my games for free?
A: After you accept our quote, we can organize a shipping label for you to drop off at your local post office or if you like we can arrange pickup.
Q: How is your offer calculated?
A: We work backwards from the average recently sold price for the titles to work out our sale price. We then work out a markup value that is fair for both parties.
This is all populated into a table and provided in our quotation so there is complete transparency of what your games are worth and what we are offering.
